“Project Grace: Transforming our Downtown”
Project Grace is the topic of Wilmington Downtown, iNC’s (WDI) fall Downtown Economic Development Series luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will take place at Cape Fear Community College on the Fifth Floor of Union Station in Windell Daniels Hall.
“Project Grace: Transforming our Downtown” will open with comments from Zimmer Development Company’s Adam Tucker, Director of Development, followed by project updates from LS3P’s Chris Boney, the firm’s Chief Relationships Officer, and Vice President/Principal.
Project Grace is a public-private development between New Hanover County and Zimmer Development Company. The redevelopment project focuses on a three-acre, county-owned block in downtown Wilmington, bordered by Grace, Third, Chestnut, and Second streets.
An agreement between the New Hanover County and Zimmer Development to plan the project was reached on March 15.
Thank you to Zimmer Development Company, the presenting sponsor of this event.
