Welcome to the first Silver Pride Cinema Festival in Wilmington, NC! This is a one day film festival at Jengo’s Playhouse on Saturday, May 10, 2025. There will be four screenings, 3 feature length films and one shorts block. This event is hosted by Silver Pride Circle of the Cape Fear.
The Silver Pride Circle’s mission is to enhance the quality of life and overall well-being by providing a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ persons over 50. We support our mission by promoting social cohesion, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of dignity and empowerment while actively volunteering and contributing to the betterment of our broader community.
This Silver Pride Cinema Festival meets two of the three pillars of the Silver Pride Circle’s mission: Social Events and Education.
