Join James Beard Foundation “Outstanding Chef” finalist Chef Dean Neff for Out to Sea NC Fest 2026, taking place Sunday, November 8 through Tuesday, November 10 at Seabird and community venues throughout downtown Wilmington.
The three-day celebration highlights North Carolina’s coastal foodways, seafood industry, and culinary traditions through chef collaborations, educational seafood classes, storytelling, and documentary screenings. Highlights include a dinner and storytelling experience with Chef Keith Rhodes of Voyce Bistro, seafood sustainability and seasonality classes, a Southern oyster culture documentary screening and panel discussion at Thalian Hall, and a collaborative guest chef dinner featuring seven chefs showcasing North Carolina ingredients.
