Details:
The BAD Day Music & Arts Festival is taking over Downtown Wilmington’s Brooklyn Arts District (BAD) on July 12 for a full day and night of world-class music, immersive art, and vibrant culture for all ages.
The inaugural installment of BAD Day will feature two outdoor stages that will set the soundtrack with an eclectic mix of bluegrass, funk, reggae, house, and beyond—headlined by the legendary Railroad Earth, Yonder Mountain String Band, and Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country. After the sun sets, the energy shifts indoors for a late-night celebration at the iconic Brooklyn Arts Center.
Beyond the music, explore the closed streets of the Brooklyn Arts District, transformed into a bustling festival village with:
Arts & crafts vendors, pop-ups, and galleries showcasing local and regional talent
Live mural painting by celebrated and emerging artists
Tributes to Wilmington’s legendary film scene, celebrating the city’s cinematic roots
Incredible food & beverage options from Wilmington’s best local eateries
Wellness experiences like yoga and breathwork to elevate your festival vibes
From street-side creativity to late-night revelry, BAD Day is here to celebrate the dynamic spirit of the Brooklyn Arts District and redefine what a downtown festival can be. Gather your crew, mark your calendar, and get ready for the best BAD Day ever.
Tickets go on sale February 28.
